Lately I have been slacking when it comes to my workout. My poor workout buddy probably thinks I have fallen off the face of the Earth.
Our workout routine consisted of 5 days a week: 3 days of cardio – Mon, Wed, & Fri and 2 days of strength training. Combined with overhauling my eating habits helped me to lose 35 lbs. I was unstoppable…then I hit a plateau and the holidays rolled around. During this time I wasn’t as faithfully with my eating habit nor was I at the gym everyday but I maintained, until Girl Scout cookies came out, then I gained 5 lbs. Last week I started working out again and lost those 5 lbs. I still wasn’t ready to jump back on the workout wagon. So I decided I needed a jump start.
How better to jump start yourself then to buy new clothes, right? Well I didn’t want to spend money on clothes that I don’t plan on being in for long. So the next best thing for me was to do a drastic change.
This is me right before my drastic change.

This week I started back to working out…I am holding myself accountable to updating my progress each week on here.
